PF Offices work from Monday to Friday and will be closed for any national holidays and state holidays within the state. PF staff come in at around 9:15 AM and leave by 5:45 AM with a 1-hour lunch break from 1 to 2 PM.

EPFO/PF Office Working Days

EPFO (Employees Provident Fund Organization) Offices work only on these days – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The PF Offices are closed on all National Holidays and local holidays specific to the region where they are located. They also don’t work on Saturdays!

PF Offices closed on Saturday?

All the PF Offices will be closed on Saturday. Even the WhatsApp helpline and phone numbers will be down on Saturday!

EPFO Helpline Desk Portal

EPFO and any PF queries can be addressed by calling the toll-free helpline number 14470. The EPFO Helpdesk portal is available on all days from 7 AM to 9 PM.

WhatsApp Helpline number for PF Offices

Each PF Office has a WhatsApp helpline number and you can reach out to them directly via those WhatsApp helpline numbers and call them for any queries or questions.

PF Complaints Portal

If anyone in the PF Office is not responding to your queries, you can still reach out to their nodal officers or if your Claim or updating is getting delayed, you can raise a PF complaint via the PF Complaints Portal.

All offices of the organization follow the five-days-a-week pattern. Generally, you won’t be allowed to meet any PF staff, but you can give petitions or raise your queries with the reception.
