There are some establishments which default on the EPF payments..that is they collect PF from Employees and allocate a amount from their Expenses for PF payment but they don’t pay to EPFO account .They do these to rotate the amount and transfer the amount for their short term needs which is against the policies
To see whether your company is the list of Defaulting company who have not paid their PF dues on time..follow the below steps
Step 1: Go to https://iwu.epfindia.gov.in/caiu/defWebList
Step 2: Search for the PF Office under which your company falls by entering the Office name
Step 3: Type Madurai and Click on Total Establishments link
Step 4: A PDF will be downloaded and the PDF will display list of of Defaulting Establishments
