I have raised a claim on October 30th. But still showing “under process”. Even I tried to register grievance on that but it keep on showing invalid claim id.
Then a raise a Grievance under other categories! And also check in the Passbook portal whether Claim ID is displayed?
What is descriptive rolls of individual beneficiaries to be submitted mean?

I have requested modification in Basic information .it’s already approved by employer on 25 – 10-2023 ..its pending at KR puram pf office ..so please guide in getting this approved at the earliest and my new employed is unable to register and my PF contribution is ion hold.
Sometimes the approval might take a bit longer than a month as it will go through multiple level of approvers at PF Office (From Section Supervisor to Assistant Commissioner).. If it’s a major name correction, then it might take 2-3 weeks minimum..
Date of birth is wrong in my sister’s EPF account.
I have mailed KR Puram EPF office several times but no response..After this I sent a letter and Aadhaar details in speed post 20 days ago but till now the date of birth has not changed. And no mail or call has been received.

I have raised PF transfer request for more than a month now. And it shows in Pending Claims even after the Transfer Out status. I raised grievance also regarding same. Registration no is – ROBGL/E/2023/44027. And it says “Your account has been transferred on 13/10/2023.kindly contact PYKRP xxxx/xxxx KR Puram PF office for further action”. I am trying to contact this office but not reachable. Need help on the same.
The is Peenya Office.. Did you contact them on whatsapp number or did you send them an email. If they still didn’t respond, raise a grievance complaint at PF Grievance Portal
