This error occurs most when one of the fields has value. The problem is since there is no description of error message we may not able to find what’s the exact cause of this “ITD-EXEC2003” error. The only solution is to reach out to the IncomeTax Department with your PAN and Mobile asking what’s exactly the root cause.

- Reach out orm@cpc.incometax.gov.in along with your PAN number and mobile phone number.
They will raise a grievance request and will look into the error (or) you can even send a tweet out to them at @IncomeTaxIndia but dont ever display PAN in your tweet you are sending on twitter
