ICICI Bank Net Banking transaction disabled – How to enable it back?

Sometimes if you enter wrong OTP or Grid number for more than 3 times within a day or hour, ICICI Bank will disable OTP based transactions via Net Banking.To renable the OTP based Net Banking transactions follow the below steps

Step 1: Go to ICICI Bank Customer Help Care numbers here & Call the number for Personal Banking

Step 2: After authenticating yourself with your ATM Debit card and pin (or) AccountNo & Pin, press the option to speak to your Customer Care Executive

Step 3: When you are speaking to Customer Care Executive, say that your Internet Banking Transaction has been disabled and they will be asking for verification details like last 4 digits of your account no, your date of birth and your mothers name.

Step 4: After verifying the details, they will be confirming that your OTP based transactions has been enabled and will ask you to transactions after 5 minutes

After 5-10 minutes again try to do a test IMPS Transaction to see whether it’s successful
