Form10C – Pension Withdrawal Certificate under EPS – Age between 50 to 58 years of age

This applies to EPF members who are between 50 and  58 years of age but have  alsocompleted 10 years of Service. And by this ,Employees can withdraw Pension amount fully under Employees Pension Scheme.

EPF members needs to be without work for withdrawing Pension under EPS, If they still still work, then they can withdraw the Pension under EPS.

Here is again look at the criteria a EPF member should satisify

• Should be over  50 – 58 years of age
• Should have completed 10 years of service which is a must
• Should be without work or discontinued from service
