I have my name written incorrectly in my EPF account due to which i am unable to activate my UAN. I therefore, contacted my past employer to sign a joint declaration form and submitted to regional EPF office. Already, more than 2 weeks have passed but still no response from EPF office. I have mailed rourkela EPF office several times, but no reply. Its very heartbreaking to see the condition of these government officials, who exploit and trouble people to withdraw their own hard earned money in times of need. Anyone, pls give some contact details from EPF Rourkela office so that i can contact them.

Now 2 years ago i resing from my job in orissha and fully done prossed for closhed my pf account but now my company told me the system is not show my ending date in pf office, Date of joining = 04 th january 2011 ,
