My Mother PF No is -JL JNG 25 131 10120, name is Anita nath , sir we check online there are show Invalid Input / Member name mismatch against this JL/JNG/0000025/131/0010120

I Buddhadeb Mondal a pension holder PPo No-JL/JNG/6817 P.F A/C -JL/11861/105 UBI a/c no-0392010183628 duly submitted life certificate by November 2015 still not receiveing pension since January 2016 . Copy of life certificate also have been sent directly to UBI UMARPUR .pls look into the matter.
