hi …. my company created a wrong TRRN for payment and now portal not allowing to delete it.. everytime we delete it,it shows error.. what to do with that

i have worked with Macro Enterprises in 2012. But they dont give me my PF and UAN No. But i have Establishment Code PBCHD0037944000 of this company. Please suggest how i will get my P F No. So that i can able to apply for my Money.

I have requested For name correction in my EPF account on 11/08/2017 and sent details through mail after that nothing was updated and also submitted joint declaration form on 24/10/2017 application number 30776/181
