Say Goodbye to the Dedicated UAN Helpdesk: While the dedicated UAN helpdesk is no longer available, fret not! EPFO offers alternative avenues for assistance:

1. PF Helpline:

Toll-Free Number: 14470
Reach: This pan-India helpline assists with UAN activation, password resets, and general inquiries.

2. PF WhatsApp Numbers:

Regional Coverage: Each PF office has a dedicated WhatsApp number for localized support.
Find Your Number: Visit the official EPFO website to locate your specific office’s WhatsApp number.

3. Online UAN Services:

Find Your UAN: Utilize the online tool to locate your UAN using your PAN, Aadhaar, or bank details.
Activate Your UAN: Once you have your UAN, activate it through the online portal.
Reset Your UAN Password: If you’ve forgotten your password, initiate a reset through the online portal.

Important Note:

After resetting your password, wait 6 hours before using it to access the EPFO Member passbook.
