I have been working in NMDC-DAV Residential Public school Dhanpunji, Nagarnar, Chhattisgarh with establishment code- 644 on adhoc basis as clerk with salary of rs. 12000/- p.m from 13.07.2017-30.04.2017. Now that iam no longer a employee of the same i want to withdraw my eps amount. But PPO no. was not given to me by the clerk of that school. Moreover, he is saying to me that I have to wait till I am 60 years of age to get whatever amount that has been credited to my eps account. Kindly provide me a solution to this issue. If there is a rule of 60 years for withdrawing eps amount kindly provide me a copy of that letter mentioning the age of eps withdrawal.

There are two types one is EPF account and another one is EPS

      EPF it could be withdrawn
EPS it could be withdrawn if you have less than 10 yrs of experience

Can you confirm whether you worked for 10 years there or just less than 10 years as the dates are not correct
