Aadhaar Mandatory for members who join EPS from July1st 2017

As per the recent circular by the EPFO, Aadhaar has been made mandatory for all members who join EPS (Employee Pension Scheme – EPS 1995) and members are requested to verify and validate the details before it is submitted by the Employer to the EPF Office

Aadhaar not Mandatory for International Workers

Aadhaar is not mandatory for international workers as well as workers who are from Nepal and Bhutan (This is because international workers and others from foreign countries won’t have any Aadhaar)
