Mushroom Biryani is a combination of mixed rice with various vegetables, spices along with mushroom that adds more flavor to a normal vegetable biryani. The following ingredients are needed before we follow the below mentioned steps to make a mouth watering Mushroom Biryani along with vegetables and some extra spices which adds a separate flavor.
Ingredients needed: Ghee, Gingely Oil, Cloves, Cardamom, Bay leaf, Starnes, Big Onions, Ginger Garlic paste, Mint & Coriander leaves, Chopped tomatoes, Turmeric, Coriander and Chilly Power, Garam Masala Powder, Fennel , Jeera Powder, Curd, Mushroom and more importantly Basmati or Samba Rice.
Steps for Cooking Mushroom Biryani:
Step1 : Add 2 tea spoon of Ghee along with Gingely Oil, then heat it
Step 2: Once the oil is slightly heated, add Cloves, Cinnamon, Bay leaf, staranis and fry for few seconds
Step 3: Add the slitted onions into the mixture, then fry it till the onion color becomes light golden
Step 4: Add 1 tea spoon of Ginger Garlic paste
Step 5: Fry until the raw smell of Ginger Garlic goes away
Step 6: Add 1 handful of coriander
Step 7: Fry until the raw smell of Ginger Garlic goes away
Step 8: Add handful of Coriander and Mint leaves, then fry for few seconds
Step 9: Add 2 chopped tomatoes
Step 10: Fry the mixture till it becomes Mushy
Step 11: Add Turmeric, Coriander, Chilly. Garam Masala, Fennel and Jeera powder
Step 12: Fry until the oil separates
Step 13: Add 1 tablespoon of Curd
Step 14: Add vegetables of your choice along with cleaned and chopped Mushroom of 1 packet
Step 13: Add 2 cup of water and Fry until the water dries up from Mushroom
Step 14: When the water boils, check for spiceness, if salt is required add at the stage
Step 15: Add the required quantity of Basmati or Jeeraga Samba rice in cooker
Step 16: Wait for the rice to boil and switch off the cooker, when 1 whistle comes
Step 17: When the pressure goes away your Mushroom Biryani is ready to be served!
