IncomeTax Department of India also provides ITR utilities which can be used to prepare and submit Returns via online. There are different ITR utilities for different forms like ITR-1, ITR-2, ITR-3, ITR-4 etc., and there are 2 different types names Java Utility and Excel Utility for each ITR form. All of the utlities can be downloaded from the link given below from the new Income Tax portal
