EPFO Organization Chart at High level

This is a high level organization chart of the EPFO. There is Central Board of Trustees who decided about new policies as well as interest rates for every year. EPFO works under Central Provident Fund Commissioner and there are additional CPFC’s for each zone apart from the main Central Provident Fund commissioner.

For every Regional Office there is a Regional Provident Fund commissioner (known as RPFC) whereas for a sub-regional office, there is usually a single provident fund commissioner.

There would be adalats held at PF office every 2nd Monday where you can meet the Regional PF commissioner or someone like Assistant commissioner to say your grievances
